Motion Designer
About the Role
We need a motion designer to join our creative team and elevate how our products and brand communicate. From social media assets to product explainer videos, your animations will be the first thing our clients' users see. If you understand timing, easing, and visual storytelling, we want to talk.
What You'll Do
Create motion graphics for social media, ads, and product launches
Produce animated product explainers and feature walkthroughs
Design and implement micro-interactions and UI animations for web apps
Collaborate with the design team to translate static concepts into motion
Maintain and evolve our motion design guidelines and asset library
Export optimised animations in Lottie, MP4, and web formats
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional motion design experience
Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects
Strong portfolio showcasing animation, transitions, and visual effects
Understanding of timing, easing, and cinematic principles
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Good communication skills for presenting and iterating on concepts
