UI/UX Designer
About the Role
You'll shape the look and feel of products used by thousands daily. From initial user research and wireframes to polished prototypes and developer handoff, you'll own the end-to-end design process. We need someone who codes — literally. Our designers write React.
What You'll Do
Lead design for web and mobile products from concept through launch
Conduct user research, create personas, and map customer journeys
Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and present to stakeholders
Develop and maintain our growing design system and component library
Prototype interactions and micro-animations for development handoff
Ship production code in React when designs require custom interaction
What We're Looking For
4+ years of product design experience (web and/or mobile)
Expert-level Figma skills — auto layout, components, prototyping
Ability to write React/Next.js code for interactive prototypes
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end constraints
Experience working in agile/lean environments
